How much does it cost?
You get a written quote before any work starts, and it's half up front, half on delivery. No retainer unless you ask for one. Book a free strategy session and you'll leave with a number.
Do I own the website and the domain?
Yes. The domain, the hosting and the Google listing are all set up in your name, not mine. If you ever leave, you take everything with you, including the passwords.
How long does it take?
Two weeks for a site with online ordering. Three weeks if the marketing side comes with it.
I already have a website. Can you just fix what's wrong with it?
Often, yes. I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing or rebuilding, and I'd rather lose the bigger job than sell you one you don't need.
What does "AI system" actually mean for a business like mine?
Concrete things, not chatbots: an enquiry that gets answered while you're on a job, a quote that chases itself, an unpaid invoice that follows up without you remembering to.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. You get a panel where you change your own prices, hours and what's sold out, and a session where I sit with you until you can use it.
What happens after it goes live?
A handover session, every password written down and handed to you, and you can call me.
