Who we are
LINOVA is an Australian sole trader (ABN pending) providing websites, AI systems and automation for local businesses. You can reach us any time at hello@linova.com.au.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us through our forms:
- Contact form: your name, business name, email, phone (if you add it) and your message.
- Booking form: your first and last name, business name, email, phone, your chosen appointment time, and a postal address only if you choose to add it (it's optional).
There's no account to create, and this site doesn't run advertising or third-party tracking on you.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare and hold your free strategy session, and follow up about working together. That's it, nothing else.
How we use and store it
- We store it in our own email and workflow tools (such as our automation and calendar), used only to run this service.
- We never sell, rent or trade your information.
- We only share it with the software providers we use to operate (for example our email, calendar and automation tools), and only as much as needed to respond to you.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for your enquiry or our working relationship. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@linova.com.au at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of any follow-up.
Australian privacy
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
